This project was a total rip-out, refurbishment, and fit-out of a 6000sq office space. It included the strip out
of the whole first floor, removal of parquet flooring, all electricals, lighting, gas central heating, and all

The toilet blocks and kitchen areas were demolished along with partition walls and suspended ceilings and
grids. Once the door frames and skirtings were removed, we then cleared the whole site. The exposed sheet
metal roof was sprayed with insulation foam to help reduce the condensation and carbon footprint of the
offices. New toilet and shower facilities were constructed and new toilets, cubicles, vanity units, sinks, and
shower cubicles were fitted. The walls were clad with hygienic white PVC rock boards and anti-slip safety

We supplied and fitted a new suspended ceiling throughout including a new state-of-the-art LED lighting
system and emergency lighting. All lighting and power was rewired back to the main circuit board by our
NICEIC qualified electricians. We supplied and fitted solid and glazed wall partitions to form new meeting
rooms, break-out rooms, and a light and airy boardroom with new skirting board mounted electrical
sockets and data points.

The break-out rooms were fitted with wood effect flooring and the rest of the flooring was covered in
hardwearing carpet tiles in a walkway pattern. Finally, all walls and woodwork were decorated with feature
walls picked out incorporate colours.

All works were certified with Leeds building control
