The wall had been made incredibly unsafe by several large trees growing at the base of the wall and making it structurally unstable. Making the wall safe was a priority as it bordered a public car park.
We removed all the trees, shrubs, and bushes from around the car park walls and employed a specialist stump grinder to remove the stumps and roots. The tree roots had seriously damaged the footings of the walls in numerous places, the damaged footings were dug out and expertly repaired.
The areas of wall that were removed were then rebuilt with a close match brick and tied into the existing sound walls. The entire area was sprayed to treat the weeds. Finally, the site was cleared and cleaned ready for the return of the public and their vehicles
